    钱

    挺烦的
    我最讨厌别人跟我提钱。做人算是够慷慨了，因该是从小学起的朋友都知道我的作风 - 有钱的时候请朋友一句话，没钱的时候绝不会跟朋友开口。帮我做事的我一概都是只有多给没有少给的。
    上班了以后也是觉得就算再怎么样也要对得起公司给的薪水。我的标准是拿20000的工资为公司做出40000的贡献是因该的（用人成本至少就是工资*2）。做不到的话拿这些钱心里不踏实。
     
    我欢迎我的部下跟我来谈薪水，而且希望常来。不过来的时候请一定自己算清楚是不是已经做出了超过原来薪水一倍的贡献。
    如果没有的话，你因该很庆幸还没有被裁掉或者被减薪。
     
    我现在的部下我很满意，呵呵。我看到了很好的潜质，不过我希望能常常看到你们要求加薪的要求，哈哈哈。（不好意思，我来自金融行业，对钱很抠。该不给的绝不给）
